Any 911 agency in any of the western regional states can organize 4 person teams to enter. Multiple teams per agency are allowed. Top individuals, teams and states will be recognized at the Western Regional Conference (do not have to be present to win.)
Entry fee of $5 per person goes to offset award costs.
